Trinity Health Of New England is an integrated, nonprofit health care system comprised of 4 acute care hospitals, 2 rehabilitation hospitals, a primary care and multi-specialty care medical group, and ambulatory locations across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Similar to hospitals and health care systems across the country, Google and Google My Business Listings has become our front door, accounting for over 55% of our website traffic. As part of a discovery process, the Trinity Health Of New England team identified inaccuracies on Google My Business listings, as well as low review ratings.Learn how the combination of process, partnership, proactivity led to a 630% increase in Google reviews and a 170% increase in Trinity Health Of New England’s online reputation score.
